President/Founder

For centuries the parish of St. Elizabeth also known as the Bread Basket of Jamaica, has produced successful men and women who have made significant contributions to the island of Jamaica and Venroy O. Nairne is one of them.
Born in the district of Siloah, St. Elizabeth, to Rupert Nairne (Niney) & Hyacinth Myers (Hyo), Venroy (the seventh of eight children) affectionately called Vennie, stood out among his peers. It was obvious to his parents, siblings and those who knew him that he honed his autonomous trait from his father who was the first licensed tractor operator at Appleton Estate.
Venroy’s education began at Windsor Basic School. He also attended Siloah Primary, Balaclava Primary and Bogue All Age. He furthered his education at Balaclava High School (formerly Balaclava Secondary).
His career began at Alcan Alumina Company Kirkvine Works where he worked as a Millwright operator for 4 ½ years.
Venroy’s leadership skills were displayed at the Raheen Housing Scheme Youth Group in which he became actively involved in drama as well as the Youth group in Union, Balaclava. Shortly after, he became a member of the Balaclava Youth Club. These experiences afforded him the opportunity to join the Balaclava Police Youth Club where he held the posts of Assistant President, Sports Coordinator and later, President. He was also appointed President of the Union Youth Club.
In pursuit of his entrepreneurial dream, Venroy opened the Cotton Tree Super Center in Union which has been serving the residents and surrounding communities. Again, his independent nature prompted him to migrate to the USA and in 1996 he formed Cotton Tree Toys For Kids, Inc. a non-for profit organization based in New York geared toward developing and inspiring the values and attitudes of children in Jamaica with its profound motto “Help make a difference in a child’s life.” He is the founder and president. In addition, he is the CEO of Temple Guard, Inc. a fencing company situated in the Bronx.
An enthusiast of great music, Venroy is the manager of U-Too Disco, a music center that provides entertainment for all occasions.
Venroy’s sense of family, entrepreneurship and volunteerism are admirable qualities. He is undeniably a distinguished gentleman.
